- Pols is a GSM positioning tool.
The signal threshold value we found reasonable for Seattle was 50 - with a signal strength of 50 or higher, we found that we were usually within 1 or 2 blocks of the cell. When we stood *right* next to a cell, we would usually get something between 60 and 75. None of the readings in your log had a strength of 50 or higher, so they were ignored.
